By using the services of Global Keys Concierge Ltd (“Company”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
We provide lifestyle and event concierge services, including assistance with bookings, reservations, and access to selected events. Services are subject to availability and confirmation from our partners.
2. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing and paid in advance.
- Prices include our service fees and, where applicable, third-party booking costs.
- Payments are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed, except where required by law or if the event provider offers a refund.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information when requesting services.
- Clients are responsible for complying with the terms of entry of the event venue (including ID, dress code, and security checks).
4. Liability
- The Company acts as a concierge and booking facilitator and is not the organiser of third-party events.
- We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes made by event organisers.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our service fees.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Refunds are only available if the event provider issues one.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
